As an Executive and President of NBC Entertainment, succeeding the legendary Brandon Tartikoff, he was involved in green-lighting "The Cosby Show," "Golden Girls," "LF," "Fresh Prince of Bel Air," "Seinfeld," "ER," "Friends," "Frasier," "Mad About You," "Just Shoot Me," "3rd Rock From The Sun," "NewsRadio," "Homicide: Life On The Street," "Law & Order," "Will & Grace," "Providence," "The West Wing," "Law & Order: SVU," and was the driving force behind choosing Leno over Letterman and adding Conan O'Brien to 12:30 AM, which led to 22 years of dominance in Late Night for NBC and over 150 Emmy Awards.
