QUAN PHUNG is the president of scripted television at slingshot global media, a new independent TV studio based in Los Angeles that develops, produces, finances, and distributes premium scripted content on linear and digital platforms throughout the world. Phung is a veteran TV producer and studio/TV executive who prior to coming aboard slingshot, held various creative roles at bluegrass television (Whitney/Ted), 20th Century Fox TV, Fox Broadcasting Company, and NBC. Among the series he developed are the Emmy award winning shows “House,” “How I Met Your Mother,” and “Arrested Development.”
