PAUL PROVENZA is an extraordinary stand-up comedian, director, writer, creator, and producer, as well as a classically trained TV and film actor, who at 20, became one of the few Americans who played "Romeo" on the British stage. In TV, Paul wrote, produced, and starred in the series "Comics Only" and "Pulp Comics" and was a series regular on "Empty Nest," "The Facts of Life," "Northern Exposure," "Beggars and Choosers," "The West Wing," and co-starred in the critically acclaimed CBS TV movie, "Under the Influence" with Keanu Reeves and Andy Griffith. In the literary world, Random House published his book !Satirists!, with noted art/portrait photographer, Dan Dion. In theater, Paul worked with Steve Martin, starring in his hit play, Picasso at the Lapin Agile and directed and co-produced (with Penn Jillette) "The Aristocrats." Paul also co-created Set List: Stand-Up Without a Net which was produced as a TV series in the UK and as a 65 episode order of a web series for Nerdist. Paul also created, The Green Room, a critically acclaimed Showtime series which featured amazing guests like Russell Peters, Ron White, Judd Apatow, Bob Saget, and Jonathan Winters (in his last TV appearance ever).
