Before there was My Fair Lady, there was Pygmalion, George Bernard Shaw’s 1913 play about Henry Higgins, a phonetics professor who falls in love with his student, Eliza Doolittle. Pygmalion is now on stage at BEDLAM. Actor Vaishnavi Sharma (Eliza Doolittle) and BEDLAM's Artistic Director Eric Tucker (Henry Higgins) discuss the current production, which Tucker also directs.
BEDLAM's Pygmalion runs through April 22 at the Sheen Center (18 Bleecker Street).
This segment is guest hosted by Alison Stewart.
