Rick Wartzman, director of the KH Moon Center for a Functioning Society at the Drucker Institute at Claremont Graduate University, joins us to discuss his book, The End of Loyalty: The Rise and Fall of Good Jobs in America. He explores how the relationship between American companies and their employees broke down over the decades following World War II. Wartzman uses the stories of General Motors, General Electric, Kodak and Coca-Cola to tell a larger story about the American workforce.
