Lead singer and guitarist Mark Mothersbaugh has gone on to work in numerous art forms, even while doing film music and the soundtrack for the animated TV series Rugrats. An exhibition of his works is opening today at NYU’s Gray Art Gallery. And next Thursday night, May 4, singer/instrumentalist Mothersbaugh will show off his own invention: a six-sided keyboard, along with a talk and performance at NYU’s Skirball Center.
