New York Times reporter Jack Ewing joins us to discuss his book, Faster, Higher, Farther: The Volkswagen Scandal. He explores how the company used software to game U.S. emissions standards while also advertising its cars as environmentally-friendly. Eventually, a small group of researchers exposed the scandal, which led to criminal charges.  Jack Ewing will appear May 23 at 6:30 p.m. at NYU's Stern School of Business, Tisch Hall (40 W 4th St., Room L 101).
