New Yorker staff writer Vinson Cunningham joins us to discuss his latest article, “The Protest Candidate.” (Online: “Will Keith Ellison Move the Democrats Left?”), which profiles Keith Ellison, the Minnesota congressman who ran for the chairmanship of the Democratic National Committee. Cunningham looks at Ellison’s career, and what his political role, despite having lost the chairmanship, will be moving forward.
