Davis, who went far beyond the standard sentencing procedures to become the first judge to sentence a US citizen convicted of supporting terrorism to rehabilitation, not jail time. Now, a deradicalization expert is currently working to build a deradicalization training center in Minneapolis, which would further expand the program.
