Barbaralee Diamonstein-Spielvogel, a preservation activist who serves as chair of the Historic Landmarks Preservation Center, returns to discuss the recently designated NYC landmarks, in addition to historic districts and how they get designated. She’ll also discuss the the NY State Council on the Arts, which she chairs.
