BERT FIELDS is an entertainment attorney, author, and professor, representing major entertainment clients for over 50 years. A graduate of UCLA and Harvard Law School, Mr. Fields is a partner at Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP, and has represented major studios including DreamWorks Animation, United Artists, The Weinstein Company. He's represented numerous star performers and producers including Dustin Hoffman, James Cameron, Tom Cruise, Jerry Bruckheimer, Joel Silver, David Geffen, Madonna, Michael Jackson and The Beatles. He's also an accomplished author, publishing the novels "The Sunset Bomber" and "The Lawyer's Tale", the novel "Destiny" about Napoleon and Josephine, as well as a biography of Richard III, and an book analyzing the Shakespeare Authorship Question. He teaches a course on entertainment law at Stanford Law Shcool and lectures at Harvard Law School.
