Award-winning filmmaker Cullen Hoback talks about his new film What Lies Upstream, which focuses on an investigation into a chemical spill in West Virginia. The story spirals into an indictment of the entire system meant to protect drinking water, revealing cover-ups at the highest levels of government. It examines the regulatory failures of the EPA and the misuse of science.
